عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ أَنَّ غُلَامًا لَهَا طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ حُرَّةً تَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ ، فَاسْتَفْتَتْ أُمُّ سَلَمَةَ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " حَرُمَتْ عَلَيْهِ حَتَّى تَنْكِحَ زَوْجًا غَيْرَهُ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ زِيَادِ بْنِ سَمْعَانَ ، وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ كَذَّابٌ .

Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that a slave of hers gave his wife, who was a free woman, two divorces. Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) asked the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) about this matter, and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "She has become unlawful for him (and will remain unlawful) until she marries someone else (and then becomes widowed or divorced)."
Al-Tabarani recorded it. Its chain contains a narrator, Abdullah bin Ziyad bin Sam'an, who is matruk (abandoned) and a liar.

وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ : الطَّلَاقُ لِلرِّجَالِ وَالْعِدَّةُ بِالنِّسَاءِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَرِجَالُ أَحَدِ الْإِسْنَادَيْنِ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "In divorce, the men are taken into account, and in the waiting period, the status of the women is taken into account."
