Sayyiduna Ubadah bin al-Samit (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) decreed that a woman shall not give anything (to anyone) from her house without her husband's permission.
Al-Tabarani recorded it, and Ahmad recorded it as part of a long hadith. The narrator Ishaq bin Yahya did not meet Sayyiduna Ubadah (may Allah be pleased with him), and the rest of its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).

Sayyiduna Wathilah bin al-Asqa' (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "It is not the right of a woman to spend anything from her wealth without her husband's permission, while the husband holds her marital bond."
Al-Tabarani recorded it. Its chain contains a group (of narrators) whom I do not know.
