بَابُ تَصَرُّفِ الْمَرْأَةِ بِغَيْرِ إِذَنْ زَوْجِهَا .

وَعَنْ وَاثِلَةَ بْنِ الْأَسْقَعِ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَيْسَ لِامْرَأَةٍ أَنْ تَنْتَهِكَ مِنْ مَالِهَا شَيْئًا إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ زَوْجِهَا إِذَا مَلَكَ عِصْمَتَهَا " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ جَمَاعَةٌ لَمْ أَعْرِفْهُمْ .

Sayyiduna Wathilah bin al-Asqa' (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "It is not the right of a woman to spend anything from her wealth without her husband's permission, while the husband holds her marital bond."
