بَابُ مِيرَاثِ ابْنِ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ .

عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ : مِيرَاثُ ابْنِ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ كُلُّهُ لِأُمِّهِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ إِلَّا أَنَّ قَتَادَةَ لَمْ يُدْرِكِ ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) says: The entire inheritance of the son of a woman who underwent li'an (mutual imprecation) will go to his mother.
Al-Tabarani recorded it, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih, except that Qatadah did not live in the time of Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him).
