بَابٌ فِي الْعَمَّةِ وَالْخَالَةِ .

Majma al-Zawaid 7170 — The paternal aunt and the maternal aunt
عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - رَكِبَ حِمَارًا إِلَى قُبَاءَ يَسْتَخْبِرُ فِي الْعَمَّةِ وَالْخَالَةِ فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ : " لَا مِيرَاثَ لَهُمَا " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الصَّغِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الزُّهْرِيُّ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .

Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) says: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) rode a donkey to Quba' so that he might learn the ruling about the paternal aunt or the maternal aunt, and Allah Almighty revealed the ruling that they would not receive inheritance.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Saghir; its chain contains a narrator, Ya'qub bin Muhammad al-Zuhri, and he is da'if (weak).
