وَعَنْ عَلِيٍّ أَنَّهُ قَالَ : الْإِخْوَةُ مِنَ الْأُمِّ لَا يَرِثُونَ دِيَةَ أَخِيهِمْ لِأُمِّهِمْ إِذَا قُتِلَ .
رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .

Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) says: Maternal half-brothers will not inherit from the blood money (diyah) of their maternal half-brother when he has been killed.
