بَابٌ فِيمَنِ اسْتَلْحَقَ أَحَدًا .

عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَا اسْتَلْحَقَ قَوْمٌ رَجُلًا إِلَّا وَرِثَهُمْ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ عَدِيٍّ قَالَ الْبُخَارِيُّ : كَانَ يَكْذِبُ .

Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When a people attach a person to themselves, he will inherit from them."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains a narrator, al-Haytham bin Adi; al-Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) says: He used to lie.

وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَا مُسَاعَاةَ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ، وَمَنْ سَاعَى فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ ، فَقَدْ أُلْحِقَ بِعُصْبَتِهِ وَمَنِ ادَّعَى وَلَدًا مِنْ غَيْرِ رِشْدَةٍ فَلَا يَرِثُ ، وَلَا يُورَثُ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحُصَيْنِ الْعُقَيْلِيُّ، وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no room for fornication in Islam (that is, lineage is not established through it). Whoever committed fornication in the time of Jahiliyyah, (his offspring) has been attached to his 'asabah. And whoever claims a child who is not established through a lawful union, he (the child) will neither inherit nor be inherited from."
