بَابُ شَهَادَةِ النِّسَاءِ .

عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فَقَالَ : - أَوْ أَنَّ رَجُلًا سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فَقَالَ : - مَا الَّذِي يَجُوزُ فِي الرِّضَاعِ مِنَ الشُّهُودِ ؟ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " رَجُلٌ أَوِ امْرَأَةٌ " . وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ : " رَجُلٌ وَامْرَأَةٌ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْبَيْلَمَانِيِّ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْبَيْلَمَانِيِّ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that he asked the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) (the narrator is in doubt; perhaps the wording is:) a man asked the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), saying: Whose testimony among witnesses is valid regarding breastfeeding? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: That of one man or one woman. In one narration the wording is: "That of one man and one woman."
Ahmad and al-Tabarani in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir recorded it; its chain contains Muhammad bin Abd al-Rahman bin al-Baylamani, who is da'if (weak).

وَعَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - أَجَازَ شَهَادَةَ الْقَابِلَةِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ مَنْ لَمْ أَعْرِفْهُ .

Sayyiduna Hudhayfah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) accepted the testimony of a "midwife" as valid.
