Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) declared al-Baqi' a reserved pasture for horses. (The narrator says:) I asked: For his own horses? He replied: No! Only for the horses of the Muslims.
Imam Ahmad recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Abdullah al-Umari, who is thiqah (trustworthy), though a group declared him da'if (weak).
