One who is poor at his craft

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) says: A man complained to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) about his poor trade, so he said: "Raise a young one." I asked him about this, and he said: "Whether a foal or a boy; while it is young, raise it."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir and al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains Abdullah bin Yazid al-Bakri, about whom Abu Hatim said: he is wahi al-hadith (very weak in hadith).

Ghassan bin al-Agharr al-Nahshali says: My father narrated to me from his father that he came to Madinah with his camel, which he had loaded with food grain. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) met him and said: "O Bedouin! What have you loaded?" I said: "I have prepared wheat." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "What do you want?" I said: "I want to sell it." So the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) passed his hand over my head and said (to the people): "Deal fairly with the Bedouin in selling."

In one narration the words are: Ghassan bin al-Agharr al-Nahshali says: My paternal uncle Ziyad bin al-Husayn narrated to me from his father, Sayyiduna Husayn bin Qays (may Allah be pleased with him), that he went to Madinah. After this the narrator mentioned the hadith as before. (Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say: Al-Nasa'i (may Allah have mercy on him) recorded part of it.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains Ishaq bin Ibrahim al-Sawwaf, who is da'if (weak). Other routes of this narration will come later, in the chapter on a town-dweller selling on behalf of a desert-dweller, if Allah wills.
