Sayyiduna al-Hirmas bin Ziyad (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The one who asks has a right, even if he comes on a horse."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Saghir and al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains a narrator, Uthman bin Fa'id, and he is da'if (weak).

Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Let nothing ever prevent any of you from giving something to the one who asks (the narrator is unsure about one word here, but the meaning is the same), even if he sees two gold bracelets on his hands."
Al-Bazzar recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, al-Hasan bin Ali al-Hashimi al-Nawfali, and he is da'if (weak). Ibn Adi said: He is closer to being weak than to being truthful.
