Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade that a structure be built over a grave or that it be plastered.
Ahmad recorded it. In a mursal narration he added the words: "or that one sit on it." Both chains contain Ibn Lahi'ah; he has been criticised, and he has also been declared trustworthy.

Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade that structures be built over graves, that one sit on them, or that prayer be offered on them. (Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say: Ibn Majah recorded only the part prohibiting building over a grave.
Abu Ya'la recorded it; its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).

Sayyiduna Umarah bin Hazm (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saw me sitting on a grave and said: "O you sitting on the grave! Get down from the grave; do not harm the occupant of the grave, nor let him harm you."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir. Its chain contains Ibn Lahi'ah; he has been criticised, and he has also been declared trustworthy.
