عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ - رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا - قَالَتْ : نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يُبْنَى عَلَى الْقَبْرِ أَوْ يُجَصَّصَ .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَزَادَ فِي رِوَايَةٍ مُرْسَلَةٍ : " أَوْ يُجْلَسَ عَلَيْهِ " . وَفِي الْإِسْنَادَيْنِ ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، وَفِيهِ كَلَامٌ ، وَقَدْ وُثِّقَ .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَزَادَ فِي رِوَايَةٍ مُرْسَلَةٍ : " أَوْ يُجْلَسَ عَلَيْهِ " . وَفِي الْإِسْنَادَيْنِ ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، وَفِيهِ كَلَامٌ ، وَقَدْ وُثِّقَ .
Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade that a structure be built over a grave or that it be plastered.
Ahmad recorded it. In a mursal narration he added the words: "or that one sit on it." Both chains contain Ibn Lahi'ah; he has been criticised, and he has also been declared trustworthy.
