Sayyiduna Imam Husayn bin Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) taught me some words which I say in the qunut supplication of the witr (those words are): "O Allah, guide me among those whom You have guided; grant me well-being among those to whom You have granted well-being; take me into Your care among those whom You have taken into Your care; bless me in what You have given; and protect me from the evil of what You have decreed. Indeed, You decree, and no decree is passed against You, and the one whom You befriend is never humiliated. Our Lord is Blessed and Exalted."
Imam Abu Ya'la recorded this narration, and Imam Ahmad recorded part of it, and all of them recorded it from Sayyiduna Imam Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him), as you can see. The narrators of this narration are thiqat (trustworthy). Part of a narration about the qunut has already passed before this, and later on, in the chapter concerning the prayer of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), the hadith narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) will come, if Allah wills.
