Sayyiduna Ja'far bin Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered him to pray standing in a boat, unless there was fear of drowning, in which case the matter is different.
Imam al-Bazzar recorded it; its chain contains a narrator whose name has not been mentioned; the remaining narrators of this narration are thiqat (trustworthy), and its chain is muttasil (connected).

Anas bin Sirin narrated: I set out with Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) to a place called Shaqq Sirrin. When we reached the Tigris, the time for the Zuhr prayer came, and he led us in prayer sitting on a mat in the boat, while the boat was carrying us along.
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir, and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
