Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) states: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) disliked yawning during the prayer.
Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains Abd al-Karim bin Abi al-Mukhariq, who is da'if (weak).

Abu al-Yaqzan reports the following from his father, from his grandfather, as a marfu' hadith (attributed to the Prophet): The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Sneezing, drowsiness, nosebleed, menstruation, vomiting and yawning during the prayer are from Satan."
Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; the narrator Abu al-Yaqzan is extremely da'if (weak).

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) says: "Yawning and sneezing during the prayer are from Satan."
Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir, and its narrators have been declared trustworthy. Further on, a narration from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) about dozing during the prayer will come; it will come in the chapter on Surah Al Imran, if Allah wills.
