Sayyiduna Buraydah al-Aslami (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: When the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was travelling during the emigration, he met some riders. He said: "O Abu Bakr, ask these people which tribe they belong to." They said: "To the tribe of Aslam." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Abu Bakr, you will remain safe. Ask them which branch of the Aslam tribe they are from." They replied: "From Banu Sahm." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O Abu Bakr, shoot your arrow."
Al-Bazzar recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Abd al-Aziz bin Imran al-Zuhri, who is matruk (abandoned).
