Sayyidah Fatimah bint Utbah bin Rabi'ah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: Sayyiduna Abu Hudhayfah bin Utbah (may Allah be pleased with him) took her and her sister Hind with him so that both of them could give the pledge of allegiance to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). When the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) laid down the conditions for them, Hind said: "Do you know of any of the women of your people who has committed any of these offences?" Sayyiduna Abu Hudhayfah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "Give him your pledge! This is how he lays down conditions."
Al-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Ya'qub bin Muhammad al-Zuhri, who is matruk (abandoned), though Hajjaj bin al-Sha'ir declared him thiqah (trustworthy).
