Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 9729

Sayyiduna Samurah bin Jundub (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to forbid plundering, to the extent that he gave this order to a group of riders who were cooking mutton. He said: "Do not eat it."
Al-Tabarani recorded it, and al-Bazzar recorded it in abridged form. Its chain is da'if (weak). Al-Tabarani's chain contains narrators whom I do not know.
