عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ : نَحَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - جَزُورًا فَانْتَهَبَهَا النَّاسُ فَنَادَى مُنَادِيهِ : " إِنَّ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ يَنْهَاكُمْ عَنِ النُّهْبَةِ " . فَجَاءَ النَّاسُ بِمَا أَخَذُوا فَقَسَمَهُ بَيْنَهُمْ .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .

Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) slaughtered a camel, and the people began plundering it. His announcer proclaimed: "Indeed, Allah and His Messenger forbid you from plundering." The people brought back whatever they had taken, and then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) divided the meat among them.
