وَعَنْ أُمِّ سُلَيْمٍ قَالَتْ : كَانَ النَّبِيُّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يَغْزُو بِنَا لِنِسْوَةٍ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ ، فَنَسْقِي الْمَرْضَى ، وَنُدَاوِي الْجَرْحَى .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .

Sayyidah Umm Sulaym (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to take us, that is, some women of the Ansar, with him on military campaigns. We would give water to the sick and tend to the wounded.
