Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 9490

Sayyiduna Mu'awiyah bin Haydah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There are three whose eyes will not see the Fire: an eye that stood guard in the path of Allah, an eye that wept out of fear of Allah, and an eye that kept away from what Allah has made forbidden."
Al-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains Abu Habib al-Anqazi, also called al-Qanawi, whom I do not know. The rest of its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
