وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ : وُلِدَ النَّبِيُّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يَوْمَ الِاثْنَيْنِ ، وَاسْتُنْبِئَ يَوْمَ الِاثْنَيْنِ ، وَخَرَجَ مُهَاجِرًا مِنْ مَكَّةَ إِلَى الْمَدِينَةِ يَوْمَ الِاثْنَيْنِ ، وَقَدِمَ الْمَدِينَةَ يَوْمَ الِاثْنَيْنِ ، وَتُوُفِّيَ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يَوْمَ الِاثْنَيْنِ ، وَرَفَعَ الْحَجَرَ الْأَسْوَدَ يَوْمَ الِاثْنَيْنِ .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَزَادَ فِيهِ : وَفَتَحَ بَدْرًا يَوْمَ الِاثْنَيْنِ ، وَنَزَلَتْ سُورَةُ الْمَائِدَةِ يَوْمَ الِاثْنَيْنِ ( الْيَوْمَ أَكْمَلْتُ لَكُمْ دِينَكُمْ ) .
وَفِيهِ ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الصَّحِيحِ .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَزَادَ فِيهِ : وَفَتَحَ بَدْرًا يَوْمَ الِاثْنَيْنِ ، وَنَزَلَتْ سُورَةُ الْمَائِدَةِ يَوْمَ الِاثْنَيْنِ ( الْيَوْمَ أَكْمَلْتُ لَكُمْ دِينَكُمْ ) .
وَفِيهِ ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الصَّحِيحِ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was born on a Monday; on a Monday he (peace and blessings be upon him) was granted prophethood; on a Monday he (peace and blessings be upon him) set out from Makkah to emigrate to Madinah; on a Monday he (peace and blessings be upon him) arrived in Madinah; on a Monday he passed away; and he (peace and blessings be upon him) lifted the Black Stone on a Monday.
Ahmad (in his Musnad) and Tabarani in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir recorded it, and (Tabarani's version) has these additional words: "He (peace and blessings be upon him) was victorious at the Battle of Badr on a Monday, and this verse of Surah al-Ma'idah was revealed on a Monday: 'Today I have perfected your religion for you.'" The chain of this report contains the narrator Ibn Lahi'ah, and he is da'if (weak), while the remaining narrators of this report are thiqat (trustworthy) and are among the narrators of the Sahih.
