بَابُ الْمُسَابَقَةِ وَالرِّهَانِ وَمَا يَجُوزُ فِيهِ

Majma al-Zawaid 9358 — Racing, wagering and what is permitted in it
وَعَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ مُضَرِّسٍ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَسُوقُ فَرَسَهُ بَيْنَ يَدَيِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " تَبَارَكَ اللَّهُ الَّذِي كَيَّفَ حَوَافِرَهُنَّ وَسَوَافِلَهُنَّ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ، وَفِيهِ جَابِرٌ الْجُعْفِيُّ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .

It is reported about Sayyiduna Urwah bin Mudarris (may Allah be pleased with him) that he was driving his horse in front of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Blessed is Allah Almighty, Who made their hooves and their lower parts in this way."
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat. Its chain contains a narrator, Jabir al-Ju'fi, who is da'if (weak).
