Sayyiduna Sawadah bin al-Rabi' (may Allah be pleased with him) says: I came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and he ordered that I be given camels. Then he said: "When you return to your family, tell them to trim their nails and not to wound the udders of their livestock (with long nails)." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) also said: "Goodness has been tied to the forelocks of horses until the Day of Resurrection."
Imam al-Bazzar recorded it, and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
