Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 9257

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin al-Harith bin Jaz' al-Zubaydi (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "After me there will be rulers at whose doors trials will lie like the resting places of camels. If they give anyone anything, a like amount of that person's religion will be taken back."
Al-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Hassan bin Ghalib, who is matruk (abandoned).
