Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 9118

Sayyiduna Fadalah bin Ubayd (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "There are three kinds of people who will not be asked about: a man who separates from the community (jama'ah), disobeys his ruler and dies in a state of disobedience; a male or female slave who runs away from his master; and a woman whose husband is absent, having provided her with all her worldly needs, and after him she displays her adornment. These will not be asked about."
Al-Tabarani recorded it, and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
