بَابُ لُزُومِ الْجَمَاعَةِ وَطَاعَةُ الْأَئِمَّةِ وَالنَّهْيِ عَنْ قِتَالِهِمْ .

وَعَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " أَلَا إِنَّ الْجَنَّةَ لَا تَحِلُّ لِعَاصٍ ، وَمَنْ لَقِيَ اللَّهَ نَاكِثًا بَيْعَتَهُ لَقِيَهُ وَهُوَ أَجْذَمُ ، وَمَنْ خَرَجَ مِنَ الْجَمَاعَةِ قِيدَ شِبْرٍ مُتَعَمِّدًا فَقَدْ خَلَعَ رِبْقَةَ الْإِسْلَامِ مِنْ عُنُقِهِ ، وَمَنْ مَاتَ لَيْسَ لِإِمَامِ جَمَاعَةٍ عَلَيْهِ طَاعَةٌ مَاتَ مِيتَةً جَاهِلِيَّةً " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ عَمْرُو بْنُ وَاقَدٍ ، وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ .

Sayyiduna Mu'adh bin Jabal (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, Paradise is not lawful for a sinner. Whoever comes before Allah Almighty having broken his pledge of allegiance will come before Allah Almighty afflicted with leprosy. Whoever leaves the community (jama'ah) by a hand-span, doing so deliberately, has removed the collar of Islam from his neck. And whoever dies in a state in which he does not follow a ruler who is the ruler of the community (that is, the community of the Muslims), such a person dies the death of the Age of Ignorance (jahiliyyah)."
