Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 9099

Sayyiduna Abu Dharr al-Ghifari (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Two are better than one, three are better than two, and four are better than three. So you must stay with the community (jama'ah), for Allah Almighty will gather my Ummah only upon guidance."
Ahmad recorded it. Its chain contains al-Bakhtari bin Ubayd, who is da'if (weak).
