وَعَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ قَالَ : بَصُرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - بِرَجُلٍ فِي مُؤَخَّرِ مَسْجِدِهِ عَلَيْهِ مِلْحَفَةٌ مُعَصْفَرَةٌ فَقَالَ : " أَلَا رَجُلٌ يَسْتُرُ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَ هَذِهِ النَّارِ ؟ " . فَفَعَلَ ذَلِكَ رَجُلٌ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .

Sayyiduna Ubadah bin al-Samit (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saw a man in the rear part of the mosque wearing a safflower-dyed (mu'asfar) wrap, and he said: "Will no one form a screen between me and this fire?" So a man did so.
