Abdullah bin Busr narrates: For a long time I have been hearing this hadith: When you are among a group of twenty people, or fewer than that or more, and you look over their faces and do not see among them anyone who fears Allah Almighty, then know that the matter has become weak.
Ahmad recorded it, and Tabarani recorded something similar in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir. Its chain is hasan (good) and its narrators have been declared trustworthy. Regarding the narrator Azhar bin Abdullah, al-Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) said: He is Azhar bin Sa'id. Al-Dhahabi said about him: He is a Tabi'i and hasan al-hadith (good in hadith).
