وَعَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - :
" عَلَيْكُمْ بِالْحِجَامَةِ وَالْقُسْطِ الْبَحْرِيِّ " .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَرِجَالُ الْبَزَّارِ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .

Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Make it your practice to have cupping done and to use sea costus (qust bahri)."
