عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبَةَ وَقِيلَ لَهُ : مَا تَذْكُرُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - ؟ قَالَ : جَاءَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فِي مَسْجِدِنَا بِقُبَاءَ ، فَجِئْتُ وَأَنَا غُلَامٌ حَدَثٌ حَتَّى جَلَسْتُ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ ، وَجَلَسَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ عَنْ يَسَارِهِ . قَالَ : ثُمَّ دَعَا بِشَرَابٍ ، فَشَرِبَ وَنَاوَلَنِي عَنْ يَمِينِهِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ وَهَذَا لَفْظُهُ ، وَأَحْمَدُ بِنَحْوِهِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ ، وَفِي بَعْضِهِمْ كَلَامٌ لَا يَضُرُّ .

It is reported about Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abi Habibah (may Allah be pleased with him) that he was asked: "What do you remember of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)?" He replied: "Once the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came to us in our mosque at Quba'. I came, and I was a young boy at the time, and I sat on the right side of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and Sayyiduna Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) sat on his left. the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) called for a drink, drank it, and then passed it to me on his right."
Imam al-Tabarani recorded this narration, and these are his words; Imam Ahmad recorded a similar narration. Its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy), and there is criticism of some of them that does no harm.
