عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ : كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - إِذَا سَقَى قَالَ :
" ابْدَءُوا بِالْكَبِيرِ - أَوْ قَالَ : بِالْأَكَابِرِ " .
رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَرِجَالُ أَبِي يَعْلَى رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .

رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَرِجَالُ أَبِي يَعْلَى رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: Whenever the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) gave something to drink, he would say: "Begin with the elder" (the narrator is in doubt; perhaps the words are:) "Begin with the elders."
