Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 8256

Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: When the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was fasting, he would begin (at the time of breaking the fast) by drinking (something), and he would not gulp all of it (the water or drink) in one go; rather, he would drink it in two or three times.
Imam al-Tabarani recorded this narration with two chains. In one of them his teacher is Abu Mu'awiyah al-Darir, whom I do not know. The remaining narrators of this narration are thiqat (trustworthy).
