بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي الْخَمْرِ وَمَنْ يَشْرَبُهَا .

وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " اعْلَمُوا أَنَّ كُلَّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ ، إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَهِدَ لِمَنْ شَرِبَ مُسْكِرًا أَنْ يَسْقِيَهُ مِنْ طِينَةِ الْخَبَالِ " .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَفِيهِ يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الزُّهْرِيُّ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .

Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Know well that every intoxicant is haram (forbidden). Indeed, Allah Almighty has decreed that whoever drinks an intoxicant, Allah Almighty will make him drink from Tinat al-Khabal."
Al-Bazzar recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Ya'qub bin Muhammad al-Zuhri, and he is da'if (weak).
