وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ : نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - عَنِ النَّقِيرِ وَالدُّبَّاءِ وَالْمُزَفَّتِ وَقَالَ : " لَا تَشْرَبُوا إِلَّا فِي ذِي إِكَاءٍ " . فَصَنَعُوا جُلُودَ الْإِبِلِ ثُمَّ جَعَلُوا لَهَا أَعْنَاقًا مِنْ جُلُودِ الْغَنَمِ فَبَلَغَهُ ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ : " لَا تَشْرَبُوا إِلَّا فِيمَا أَعْلَاهُ مِنْهُ " .
قُلْتُ : فِي الصَّحِيحِ طَرَفٌ مِنْ أَوَّلِهِ .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَأَبُو يَعْلَى ، وَفِيهِ حُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ وَضَعَّفَهُ الْجُمْهُورُ ، وَحُكِيَ عَنِ ابْنِ مَعِينٍ فِي رِوَايَةٍ : أَنَّهُ لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ يُكْتَبُ حَدِيثُهُ .
قُلْتُ : فِي الصَّحِيحِ طَرَفٌ مِنْ أَوَّلِهِ .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَأَبُو يَعْلَى ، وَفِيهِ حُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ وَضَعَّفَهُ الْجُمْهُورُ ، وَحُكِيَ عَنِ ابْنِ مَعِينٍ فِي رِوَايَةٍ : أَنَّهُ لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ يُكْتَبُ حَدِيثُهُ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade naqir, dubba' and muzaffat, and said: "Drink only from a vessel whose mouth is tied!" So the people prepared camel skins and made their necks from goat skins. When this news reached the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), he said: "Drink only from that whose upper part is of the same (skin)." (Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say: The opening part of this narration is reported in the "Sahih".
Ahmad and Abu Ya'la recorded it. Its chain contains a narrator, Husayn bin Abdullah bin Ubaydullah bin Abbas, who is matruk (abandoned); the majority declared him da'if (weak), and according to one narration it is reported from Yahya bin Ma'in: "There is no harm in him, and his hadith is to be written down."
