Majma al-Zawaid 8105 — That which intoxicates

Sayyiduna Qurrah bin Iyas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Every intoxicant is forbidden."
Al-Bazzar recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Ziyad al-Jassas, whom the majority of the imams declared da'if (weak). Ibn Hibban declared him thiqah (trustworthy) and said: "He sometimes falls into error."
