وَعَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يَقُولُ : " كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ " .
رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى ، وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ زِيَادِ بْنِ أَنْعَمَ الْإِفْرِيقِيُّ ، وَقَدْ ضَعَّفَهُ الْجُمْهُورُ وَقَدْ وُثِّقَ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .
رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى ، وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ زِيَادِ بْنِ أَنْعَمَ الْإِفْرِيقِيُّ ، وَقَدْ ضَعَّفَهُ الْجُمْهُورُ وَقَدْ وُثِّقَ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .
Sayyiduna Umar bin al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "Every intoxicant is forbidden."
Abu Ya'la recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Abd al-Rahman bin Ziyad bin An'um al-Ifriqi, whom the majority declared da'if (weak), though he has been declared trustworthy; the remaining narrators of this report are thiqat (trustworthy).
