وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ : أَصَابَ أَصْحَابُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ حُمُرًا أَهْلِيَّةً فَطَبَخُوا مِنْ لَحْمِهَا فَأَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - بِالْقُدُورِ [ أَنْ ] تُكْفَأَ وَحَرَّمَ لَحْمَهَا يَوْمَئِذٍ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ وَلَهُ حَدِيثٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ غَيْرُ هَذَا وُفِيَ هَذَا : النَّضْرُ أَبُو عُمَرَ ، وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: On the occasion of the battle of Khaybar, the Companions of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came upon some domestic donkeys and began cooking their meat. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered that the pots be poured out, and on that day the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) declared the meat of (those donkeys) unlawful.
Al-Tabarani recorded it. From this Companion there is a hadith in the Sahih other than this one. The chain of this narration contains al-Nadr Abu Umar, who is matruk (abandoned).
