وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ : لَمْ يُحَرِّمْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - لُحُومَ الْحُمُرِ الْأَهْلِيَّةِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ عَنْ شَيْخِهِ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عِقَالٍ وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) did not declare the meat of domestic donkeys unlawful.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat from his teacher Ahmad bin Abd al-Rahman bin Iqal, who is da'if (weak).
