وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ - يَعْنِي ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ - قَالَ : إِنَّمَا نَهَى النَّبِيُّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - عَنْ لُحُومِ الْحُمُرِ الْأَهْلِيَّةِ لِأَنَّهَا كَانَتْ حَمُولَةً .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ الرَّازِيُّ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ ، وَقَدْ وُثِّقَ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ الرَّازِيُّ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ ، وَقَدْ وُثِّقَ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade eating the meat of domestic donkeys because they were used for carrying loads.
Al-Tabarani recorded it. Its chain contains Muhammad bin Humayd al-Razi, who is da'if (weak), though he has also been declared trustworthy. The rest of its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
