عَنْ أُمِّ نَصْرٍ الْمُحَارِبِيَّةِ قَالَتْ : سَأَلَ رَجُلٌ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - عَنْ لُحُومِ الْحُمُرِ الْأَهْلِيَّةِ ؟ فَقَالَ : " أَلَيْسَ يَرْعَى الْكَلَأَ وَيَأْكُلُ الشَّجَرَ " قَالَ : نَعَمْ . قَالَ : " فَأَصِبْ مِنْ لُحُومِهَا " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ وَفِيهِ ابْنُ إِسْحَاقَ وَهُوَ مُدَلِّسٌ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ وَفِي بَعْضِهِمْ كَلَامٌ لَا يَضُرُّ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ وَفِيهِ ابْنُ إِسْحَاقَ وَهُوَ مُدَلِّسٌ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ وَفِي بَعْضِهِمْ كَلَامٌ لَا يَضُرُّ .
Sayyidah Umm Nasr al-Muharibiyyah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: A man asked the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) about the meat of domestic donkeys. He said: "Does it not graze on grass and eat (the leaves of) trees?" He replied: "Yes." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Then eat of its meat."
Al-Tabarani recorded it. Its chain contains Ibn Ishaq, who is a mudallis; the rest of its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy), and regarding some of them there is criticism that does no harm.
