وَعَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ قَالَ : آلَى النُّعْمَانُ مِنِ امْرَأَتِهِ ، وَكَانَ جَالِسًا عِنْدَ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ ، فَضَرَبَ فَخِذَهُ ، وَقَالَ : إِذَا مَضَتْ أَرْبَعَةُ أَشْهُرٍ فَاعْتَرِفْ بِتَطْلِيقَةٍ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ ، إِلَّا أَنَّ أَبَا قِلَابَةَ لَمْ يُدْرِكِ ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ .

Abu Qilabah narrates: A man named Nu'man took an oath of ila' from his wife. He was sitting with Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him). Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) struck his thigh with his hand and said, "When four months have passed, then acknowledge one divorce."
Tabarani recorded it, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih, except that the narrator Abu Qilabah did not live in the time of Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him).
