عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ فِي الْأَمَةِ تُبَاعُ وَلَهَا زَوْجٌ قَالَ : بَيْعُهَا طَلَاقُهَا .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ ، إِلَّا أَنَّ إِبْرَاهِيمَ لَمْ يَسْمَعْ مِنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said concerning a slave woman: if she is sold while she has a husband, he said: "Selling her counts as her divorce."
Al-Tabarani recorded it. Its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih, except that the narrator Ibrahim did not hear from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him).
