بَابُ مَتَى تَحِلُّ الْمَبْتُوتَةُ .

وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " الْمُطَلَّقَةُ ثَلَاثًا لَا تَحِلُّ لِزَوْجِهَا الْأَوَّلِ حَتَّى تَنْكِحَ زَوْجًا غَيْرَهُ وَيُخَالِطَهَا وَيَذُوقَ مِنْ عُسَيْلَتِهَا " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَأَبُو يَعْلَى إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ عَائِشَةَ ، وَهُوَ بِنَحْوِ هَذَا ، وَرِجَالُ أَبِي يَعْلَى رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَأَبُو يَعْلَى إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ عَائِشَةَ ، وَهُوَ بِنَحْوِ هَذَا ، وَرِجَالُ أَبِي يَعْلَى رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) reports that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A woman who has been given three divorces will not be lawful for her first husband until she marries another husband, and the second husband is intimate with her and tastes her honey."
Al-Tabarani and Abu Ya'la recorded it, though he (Abu Ya'la) reported wording like the narration of Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her), and it is similar to this. The narrators of Abu Ya'la are the narrators of the Sahih.
