وَعَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ أَنَّ عُمَرَ وَابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَا : فِي الْحَرَامِ كَفَّارَةُ يَمِينٍ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ جُوَيْبِرٌ ، وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ ، وَالضَّحَّاكُ لَمْ يُدْرِكِ ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ .

Al-Dahhak narrates that Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) and Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said concerning declaring (one's wife) unlawful: "It requires the expiation for an oath."
Al-Tabarani recorded it. Its chain contains a narrator, Juwaybir, who is matruk (abandoned), and the narrator al-Dahhak did not live in the time of Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him).
