وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَا نِكَاحَ إِلَّا بَعْدَ طَلَاقٍ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الصَّغِيرِ ، وَالْأَوْسَطِ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ ، وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Divorce takes place only after marriage."
Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Saghir and al-Mu'jam al-Awsat from Ahmad bin Salih, who is matruk (abandoned).
