Majma al-Zawaid 7751 — Taking back a divorced wife
وَرَوَى لَهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى : أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - حِينَ طَلَّقَ حَفْصَةَ أُمِرَ أَنْ يُرَاجِعَهَا .
وَرِجَالُ أَبِي يَعْلَى رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
وَرِجَالُ أَبِي يَعْلَى رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
Abu Ya'la recorded this from him (that is, from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him)): When the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) divorced Sayyidah Hafsah (may Allah be pleased with her), he was commanded to take her back. The narrators of Abu Ya'la are the narrators of the Sahih.
