بَابٌ فِيمَنْ وَطِئَ امْرَأَةً وَحَمْلُهَا لِغَيْرِهِ .

عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " لَيْسَ مِنَّا مَنْ وَطِئَ حُبْلَى " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ فِي حَدِيثٍ طَوِيلٍ ، وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ الْحَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَرْطَاةَ ، وَهُوَ مُدَلِّسٌ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ فِي حَدِيثٍ طَوِيلٍ ، وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ الْحَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَرْطَاةَ ، وَهُوَ مُدَلِّسٌ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "He is not one of us who has relations with a pregnant woman."
Ahmad recorded it within a long hadith, and al-Tabarani also recorded it. Its chain contains al-Hajjaj bin Artat, who is a mudallis (one who conceals defects in the chain), and the rest of its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.
